RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Every item on our website includes a detailed size chart for your reference. We're confident you'll love your Le'Beautiful purchases. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items at:

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Refund (Full-Priced Items Only)

You may request an exchange or refund if:

  • The item is not lingerie, panties, hosiery, bodysuits, or swimwear (due to hygiene regulations).
  • The item is in saleable condition, in its original packaging, with tags intact.
  • The item has not been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • The item is shipped back to us within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • We receive the return within 14 days and approve the return.

🔹 Returns received after 14 days are only eligible for store credit.

🔹 No returns will be accepted without prior approval from our customer service team.

🔹 No return requests will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

🔹 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Lingerie
  • Panties
  • Hosiery
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item:

You may:

  • Request a return shipping label (provided by Le'Beautiful)
  • Place a new order
  • Request a refund

🚚 In this case, return shipping fees are covered by Le'Beautiful.


4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.

⚠️ After 48 hours, cancellation may not be possible as your order could be in processing or already shipped.

⚠️ No exchanges or cancellations are accepted once the order has shipped.


5. Additional Policies

  • 📦 We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • 🚫 Shipping costs are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.
  • 🌍 International shipments may incur custom duties, taxes, or fees, which are the customer's responsibility upon arrival.
  • 🏷️ Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
