How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 8–10 business days, depending on production time for your items.
Note: This does not include shipping time, which is usually an additional 8–10 business days, depending on the season and destination.


Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please refer to our Worldwide Free Shipping Chart for more details.


I ordered multiple items—will everything arrive together?

Not always. We ship items as soon as they are processed rather than waiting for your full order to be completed.
This method ensures the fastest possible delivery.

  • Some custom-made items may take 2–3 weeks to ship and arrive.

  • Most items are sent out within 10 days.

  • A tracking number will be provided for each shipment as soon as it is handed to your local courier.

Tip: Always check your confirmation emails—quality products take time!


How will my items be shipped?

Free shipping orders are sent internationally via UPS or DHL, then transferred to your country’s local postal service or independent courier.

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your shipment is handed over to your local courier.
You can also track your order anytime using our store’s Track My Order feature.


What is the expected delivery time to the U.S. and U.K.?

  • U.S.: 18–20 days (average)

  • Europe: 20–24 days (average)


Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was cancelled, we sincerely apologize.
This usually occurs when an item is out of stock in our overseas warehouse at the time of processing.
You will receive:

  • A cancellation email

  • A full refund to your original payment method (please allow up to 7 business days for banking processing time).


Will I be charged customs or import duties?

We cover duty costs on all orders. However, additional local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
