RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We offer refunds or exchanges for full-priced items.
- For incorrect or faulty items, we will gladly replace them with the correct order.
- Sizing Note: Our apparel generally runs one size smaller. Please refer to our sizing chart and consider ordering one size up.
Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Returns received after 14 days are only eligible for store credit – no exceptions.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and a provided return address.
- No returns are accepted after 30 days of receipt.
- Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Due to international shipping uncertainties, non-U.S. customers are granted an extended return window of 30 days from the date of return approval (this includes an additional 16 days beyond our standard policy).
